Leeds ADHD Meeting at North Light Arts Centre

The meeting space is open for Leeds ADHD from 6pm where the cafe will be available for drinks and snacks while everyone arrives and there will be plenty of time for meeting each other and having a chat. There's no obligation to arrive at any specific time (ADHD people are often late, so we don't judge!) but as it takes time for the cafe to serve everyone, we'd recommend arriving before 6:45pm, and the earlier the better.

At 7pm we'll start the slightly more formal meeting, which involves a very quick icebreaker/introduction and a chance to put forward any topic you'd like to discuss.

After a break, we'll then pick from the proposed topics and have an open discussion, about coping strategies, treatment,  diagnosis etc. 

People are often a bit shy about coming to the meetings which is totally understandable. The most common feedback we get about this is that people wish they had come sooner as the atmosphere was very friendly and warm and everyone takes something positive away from it.
