Our monthly meeting, now held on Wednesday evenings is back on 14 June.
The meeting space is open for Leeds ADHD from 6pm where the cafe will be available for drinks and snacks while everyone arrives and there will be plenty of time for meeting each other and having a chat. There's no obligation to arrive early but as it takes time for the cafe to serve everyone, we'd recommend arriving before 6:45pm, the earlier the better.
At 7pm we'll start the slightly more formal meeting, which involves a very quick icebreaker/introduction* and a chance to put forward any topic you'd like to discuss.
After a break, we'll then pick from the proposed topics and have an open discussion, about coping strategies, treatment, diagnosis etc.
*As it's a room full of ADHD folks, this has in the past taken the whole 2 hours. From June we're going to try and keep this under control using a timer.
