WHAT IS LEEDS ADHD SUPPORT GROUP?

How We Help

Leeds ADHD was set up as a peer support group for adults and young people with ADHD, their families and other people affected by ADHD in Leeds, UK.

We are not a professional organisation, but we have a huge amount of lived experience which, when shared, will help other people struggling to cope with ADHD.

You may be someone who was diagnosed years ago, or you may be just bfinding out that the symptoms you've lived with all your life may mean you have ADHD, either way, Leeds ADHD is here to support you on your journey.

WHAT WE OFFER

-

COMMUNITY FORUMS

Since we started in 2017 our facebook group has grown to well over 1000 members.

We hope to be able to cater for people who are not on Facebook and there is a new groups section on this website which will provide a similar service.

In-person meetings

We hold in-person meetings, monthly. These are a safe space for people to share what is happening in their lives, and chat about living with ADHD, sharing coping strategies, tips and generally giving each other hope in an otherwise very chaotic world.

Online meetings

We hold monthly online meetings that are similar to the in-person meeting but for those who struggled to get to the in-person meeting.
