Meetings currently occur monthly on the first Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm at Northlight Arts Centre, 31 Potternewton Road
Meetings are drop-in, no need to book, just turn up.
We're open from 6pm with one hour of meet and greet, to give everyone a chance to get there in time, buy a coffee and a snack from the cafe and just chill. During this time, we as atendees to choose the topics that we'l discuss during the main meeting.
Between 7pm and 9pm we sit and talk through 3 or 4 topics chosen by attendees
Meetings are currently aimed at adults affected by ADHD, parents of children with ADHD are also welcome, but the meetings generally have themes around coping with Adult ADHD rather than childhood ADHD.
We are not a professional organisation, we're run by volunteers with lived experience of ADHD which we believe, when shared together, we can help each other to cope with ADHD.
You may be someone who was diagnosed years ago, or you may be just finding out that the issues you've lived with all your life may mean you have ADHD, either way, Leeds ADHD is here to support you on your journey.
